My grandfather bought his house in Key West in the 1930’s for $7,000, 2 story. He was a founder of the Navy’s diving school where underwater demolition guys in WW2 got qualified.

Seems like a good system to protect locals, think they would make it easier to get around fogo for full time residency on building and remodeling if you don’t rent it
My only concern was about severe weather as far as investment purposes. No doubt insurance would cover if needed. But I dont live there and have no clue about the area. It seems like it would need to be booked up often for the return. With yalls team of family friends and fans that will be a none issue. Great marketing is the key. And Madeleine Young is great at Marketing. Her sales results prove that. I do hope it is booked up well and I likely would check it out should I be in the Keys. Nothing ventured nothing gained is my go too. So reach for the Stars! Great investment. I believe it will do well. Best!
I can understand that concern, but the historic district has been around for a veryyyy long time. It is booked often, so we make about 8% ROI. So solid investment :) We are very blessed by people that support our journey and are so grateful! Short of going to a hotel this rental is obviously more personalized with all the amenities you could possibly want.....I'm use to the weekly rentals I do in KCB and KW being the night life capital of the Keys this nightly rental has a great advantage long term.....This is a short term rental where the majority of the Vacation Rentals in the Incorporated Islands required a one week minimum....Glad to sea both of you have made the transition to Reel Estate Moguls in the Fabulous Florida Keys!!😎

Have you looked at property there? Have you priced a hotel room? Obviously not , a small 2 bedroom w a transient license in Truman annex sells for 900k with a 1000$ hoa fee , plus charges every time they trim a tree,,,,, along with a crowded pool and limited parking , as a long term rental it probably could make sense as well..... Exactly! The ROGO process has similar goals as well- to protect our land and overdevelopment of the Keys.
