Because the definition of Health is too broad like "a person's mental or physical condition" or "the state of being free from illness or injury". And the definition of Fitness is too also like "the condition of being physically fit and healthy" or "the quality of being suitable to fulfill a particular role or task". Fitness Facts: - Maintaining physical fitness can help prevent some diseases. - With exercise, body composition can change without changing weight. - Athletes' hearts show different changes dependent on their chosen sport. - Muscle strength increases by fiber hypertrophy and neural changes. - Stretching to increase flexibility can ease a number of medical complaints. Fitness Components: - Cardiorespiratory fitness - Muscular strength - Muscular endurance - Body composition - Flexibility. or BodyBuilding "The developing of the body through exercise and diet".
Rakesh Mishra many of the points will be covered in coming videos... one more thing bodybuilding not only developing your body but it will be detailing in each and every muscles also...when your body will have 5 components of fitness in correct way then you play BODYBUILDING.... bodybuilding is not game of child.. it have lots of dedication towards diet, exercise, discipline etc.. you just say body building is only diet and exercise... this wrong..
Rakesh Mishra stretching will help you to stable your body posture, helps to prevent from injury and many things... this is myth stretching will have number of medical complaints... but first you have to prepare your client on that stage slowly....
