Your left hand technique is interesting. A little like Pamelia Stickney's staccato technique but turned 90 degrees. I gotta acquire a D-Lev kit some day and give an attempt to construct it as well!
I love this Theremin!! It looks and sounds beautiful! I love the voices and timbres. How would I go about acquiring one? I so - so want one! I'm in the UK.
I saw the thread on Theremin World a few months ago, but this far exceeded my expectations. How beautiful, truly amazing. Will it somehow become available for thereminists around the globe, or is it destined to remain forever on my list of forbidden dreams?
Thanks for your comment. These theremins are my own custom builds, but a fully assembled and tested kit of the electronics (minus an enclosure) is being offered if you have the capabilities to make your own enclosure (or can farm that task out to a friend). The electronics as supplied should require no more than plugging in some cables and attaching some antennas to make the theremin functional. Contact Dewster over on thereminworld.com or at www.d-lev.com, and tell him I sent you!
Hi, Pitts8rh, I'm a thereminist, thanks for this video, this is really nice sound theremin and performance, will this theremin made by walnut wood when they release on the market later?
Thanks for your comments. The theremins that I built are my own enclosure/board designs and are not going to be manufactured to sell. A newer version of the electronics fully assembled and tested (to put in an enclosure of your own design) may be available from www.d-lev.com.
@@pitts8rh hi, Pitts8rh, I want to know more about the price, case for Ldev, but it's look like no mention in the web site, and even no contact email....... What can I do?
Beautifuly done
Thank you!
Roger! This is terrific! And that slur/fall at 1:07! Beautiful!!
Nice job. It sounds great and your performance was impressive. I want one of these badly.
Thanks John. I know you've been following the saga on TW. Soon perhaps...
Sounds great - looks great!
Thank you!
