Flawless filament splicing with a $10 splice tool!

I failed miserably for an hour trying to splice two ends of TPU together with this cheap splicing tool found on Amazon.
I used the recommended method from the sellers demo video to no avail.
I then tried splicing with this tool a different way, and it worked magically the first try!
