I never liked coffee...until I moved to Boquete. Varietals like Geisha and Catui are vastly different from the bitter, acidic crap that most people in the US drink on a daily basis. I am grateful to live less than 20 km from where the coffee I drink is grown, and that I know the people I buy my beans from.
I never thought I would say that about coffee.
