Doesn’t matter if their excitement is gone that’s why you get a deposit!!! Stay excited

Only problem with that is they can develop buyers remorse between the time they give you the deposit and the time you get started. If that’s the case, you’re going to have an unsatisfied customer no matter how far you knock it out of the park. Then, no matter how much you excelled at your job to do the best to your ability, they are going to trash you on Google because they were just bitter and miserable the entire time.

A month to be approved? It literally takes less than 5 minutes.... Also, if the customer is losing steam and than are not approved...they clearly don't have money and arn't your customer anyway lol

I’m going to have to stop you right there at about the 3:30 mark. You can’t walk through any sporting goods store in America now and just purchase a Sprite without them offering to discount it 15% if you sign up for their card. People will literally finance a Sprite at this point. So, a $500 drywall repair at 0% for 60 months, yeah, I think they will snag on that.

What are you talking about that the customer has to wait up to 30 days???
I used synchrony and I would get the customers approved or declined on the spot. I do not believed that has changed.

Do the offer rates they sell the customer that is applying for the financing come with high interest?
Is it like a lone or more like a credit card?

Yeah, Hearth lied to me about their 60 day risk free refund policy. This is not a honest company. I do not like working with dishonest people.
