I def don't think black sesame has a similar taste to peanuts. However, they do have a unique flavor that is heavy, rich and almost smokey that can be paired well in creamy desserts. It's def not for everyone, and may be a nice treat once in a while, but not all the time. I love this video, it's a very unique idea that works beautifully to create a unique color and flavor for this character through natural means. Thank you so much for sharing! ♡

I would brush the inside of the crust with chocolate to prevent the liquid from turning the crust soggy :)
