I also work for the French here in the US and every word you say is true when my boss comes he always makes it a point to catch you away from everyone else to ask how you are doing and if you are satisfied with everything at work I have never in almost a decade asked for anything i did not receive.
Je commence à me dire que les Bretons sont des amours! Tous ceux/celles que j'ai croisés dans ma vie ont été franchement adorables ❤ Je viendrai certainement vous visiter un jour! Signé, un petit bonhomme québécois
I feel so happy watching this, not only he cares about his workers, he actually spends time with them... You barely see that in big companies nowadays, they're all automated
i was stunned when he said that what his worker is doing is very hard. Normally bosses and managers treat you like you do nothing and could work 10 times faster
The Hawaiian Bread company does the same! The higher ups even come in to cook the staff meals on occasion (at least at the one we toured).
It’s almost like you should treat your workers like actual humans and not machines. We’re emotional animals. Idc who you are being told you’re doing a good job by someone who actually means it is going to lift you up
And he didn't even stop by saying it once..he kept going on for 2-3 times more.. Gem of a man😇

This explains clearly to me the reason that French food and cooking is so highly regarded around the world, without exception. Now I understand the missing ingredient in my comprehension of the reasons for the superb quality of food in France.
French food is mostly fatty meat drowned in butter, accompanied by empty carbs. Tastes good but is neither healthy nor contemporary. And a true nightmare for vegetarians.
@@Waudi47 Perhaps you don’t know what you are talking about.
@@lours6993 Try ordering something without meat in a traditional french restaurant and you will see that I do in fact know what I am talking about.
@@Waudi47 Your comments went further than to say that a vegetarian dish can be difficult to find in a ‘traditional’ French restaurant. More true in Bistros and Bars à Vins than in restaurants, but yes. I was rather referring to your claim that ‘French food is mostly fatty meat drowned in butter, accompanied by empty carbs.’ I’ve lived in central Paris for 20 years, eating out multiple time per week and find this statement to be revealing of a lack of experience.
@@lours6993 Yeah, you are right, I might have gone a bit overboard with my statement and made a mistake that I often make, especially in online discussions; generalization. I apologize for that. Still, my argument that french cuisine traditionally does not involve a lot of vegetarian dishes still stands which is very outdated in my oppinion, the very low proportion of vegetarians and vegans in the population of France cements that statement. Furthermore, meat and butter are central in a lot of french dishes which is not a very imaginative way of cooking.
