I'm hoping the Mint doesn't come out with a reverse proof set next year or the year after that. I believe the 2023 reverse proof set is the coin/coins to have. I think they'll sell for a pretty penny, regardless if they come out with them next year or not. I ordered 10 sets. Remember, this is the first time ever, that the Mint has come out with a reverse proof Peace and Morgan set. That's another reason why I think they will go up in value now and later. I hope I'm right!
I had subs for everything except the uncirculated. Was pleased with the process, gave me a 4min wait time but actually onky took about 30 seconds. Hopefully pleased with the coins when they arrive
That's what I heard, a couple of other people I knew who were at FUN waited in line for a while like they're waiting for the new Playstation to release.
Quality is poor. Opened 16 sets today and have to return 13 of 32 coins. More Peace dollars than Morgan were poor. For Peace some discoloration and scratching due to coins being jettisoned from their capsules during flight, eh shipping. Morgans were all secure yet 6 were nicked up. Return is effortless, if you're willing to wait 4-6 weeks for the return funds, which I am.
Hopefully that last minute change won’t cost 💲 you ! Like the 21 d Morgan . Got a 2021 FDOI pf 70 that SKYROCKETED in price to around 1,500$ in less than a year after release. Do you think these releases will fetch such high premiums??
I only ordered 1 of the Morgan proofs and 1 Peace dollar proof and 1 of the reverse proof sets. I wish I would have gotten more of the reverse proofs...
There might be an opportunity as we get close to release date. Make sure you do the remind me feature 30 days prior. The product goes on sale in November.
People will cancel all or part of their subscription as time moves on. Keep a browser window open logon on the the US mint go to your subscription page and regularly try to add another one to your subscription amount. That's what I did and eventually I was able to add more and max out for the unc and proofs.
What type of rating do you recommend for my 2 proofs peace dollars that i just got ir would it be better to return them as i am still within the 7 day window. They look good to me but I'm a nebie
Damn - I just got a shipment email confirming my Peace dollars but not my Morgans… PLUS they used an old credit card… Strange. I hope mine arrive and that I get all of the subscriptions I ordered. Cheers!
I found 2 boxes of 2023 Lincolns at the bank, Loomis rolled - don't know if I will look through them or offer them for sale? 1st ones I've seen and I buy 10 to 15 boxes a week. Advice? Any chance of an enhanced reverse-proof ASE in the future?
The 2023 rolls are hot on the secondary market right now. The last few sealed bank boxes sold for 4x face while $5 face value roll lots have sold for $25 shipped. There's money to be made here with the chase for the Extra V coins.
@@BlueRidgeSilverhound Not sealed as I didn't know what I had till I popped the top. Never done Ebay - but will ask around here for local pickup at $80? or $5 face @ $18? I like that as there are no questions because you can see them as true when you buy them. How about a US MINT - 50 State Quarter Proof Set with all 5 coins being Kansas - ever heard of that?
Funny to hear that you decreased your order down to one of each coin, I did the same thing before they shipped. I asked myself the same question "Why am I getting 5 of each?"
Why does the description of both coins show a silver weight that looks well below the one Troy oz that they are supposed to have??? BTW, on the subscription page there I was told that I could only buy 3 coins.
Because Morgan and Peace Dollars were never 1 troy oz of silver. The vintage coins were made from 90% silver alloy, these modern coins are made form 99% silver alloy.
None are "sold out". Mint will receive thousands back and make them available. Happens with all releases. Once you see the red "Sold Out" statement on the mint site, then it is actually sold out. Simply hit the "remind me" button and you will be notified when they are available again. In mint language, "sold out" is not the same as "currently unavailable", which is what the site currently says.
But they didn't have the subscription option for the 2021 release. They had a presale earlier in the summer and released them during the fall. The 2023 coins had a subscription period that began in early December. I don't know what in the hell you're talking about, but get the facts straight before you go calling someone out bud!!
@BlueRidgeSilverhound They did have the subscription option in 2021 because I have one. In fact, those of us who had subscriptions were notified that the plans to mint the coins in 2022 were canceled. I have the documentation. "Bud".
@@OtaconProductionsUSA No truth in that whatsoever. They did not offer the 2023 Morgan & Peace coins for subscription two years ago. I did a video on this in December when they went live on the Mint's website for subscription.
Hey blueridge tried to message you on messenger but I guess you got me blocked or something cause it won't let me send you a message. I was trying to send you pics of a new discovery coin that is major find a 1916 error coin has major die clash with big AD on Lincoln chest and other clashing on both sides first thought it was Canada coin clash but us mint didn't do Canada coins in 1916 but the did do Ecuador and El Salvador coins in 1916 which would explain the AD on it. I cherry picked it from a coinshop in Jenks, ok going out of business sale was marked $1 @ 50% off so I got it for 50 cents. Its a major clash error better that the famous 1999 penny
I sent 3 morgans and 3 peace to ngc today

@HELOR1√√√
That's her username..... ..... .... ...
I have no doubt they will release a two coin reverse proof set in 2024. Or they will release some other premium "like" coin.
I am in agreement with you scotts1356
@@BlueRidgeSilverhound Anything but a reverse proof is fine with me.
Spegtacular got the 2023 Morgans and Peace Dollars by driving down the FUN Show today and bought them from the US Mint that had a booth there.
Found ... wicked 1965 ddo Lincoln in sealed sms set and would like your opinion.
I have both coins in MS70 and i am subscribed to get the Morgan and Peace proof coins and the reverse proof coins.
Thanks 😊
My pleasure!
Thanks for your thoughts on these.
My pleasure!
Speg got his coins at fun show. Us mint was there selling them…
How do i get them?
You missed your chance.

On te le gr am
I just rather just buy them graded already pre sale.. who knows if theyll accept them for graden if people try to send them..
I got mine at the fun show in hand
Also picked up a couple each at the Summer FUN show.
Best way to get them, well done!
Were you required to give the show your name and address and ID to enter the show so they could put you on their possible criminal suspect list?
I had subs for everything except the uncirculated. Was pleased with the process, gave me a 4min wait time but actually onky took about 30 seconds. Hopefully pleased with the coins when they arrive
Line at the mint booth at FUN show was pretty long and steady. Boxes and boxes of both being sold
That's what I heard, a couple of other people I knew who were at FUN waited in line for a while like they're waiting for the new Playstation to release.
Great job
Clear and precise
Thanks for the review

I ordered 6 of Each so thats 12 Total 🤝
Well done! What's your plan with these? Hold, grade & sell?
Not gonna do it. Don't like them that much personally. Now if someone wants to give me one, I would not shy away 😜

I’d love to have a new coin to add to my collection
Let's hope the coins don't arrive loose in the cheap package like my 2021 orders

They wanted there buddy bots for the highly rare coins that’s why
I actually had a subscription set up for one and the mint decided to not honor orders made ahead of time “to give everyone a chance to get it” 🤷🏽♂️
The sad factor is the price hike just to get one off someone
I was last min babysitting and missed it...😵💫.🧐🙄🤨😒
Not enough $$ to be made on these in my opinion im definitely getting the rp on 11/14
No extra money to be made here. This is another cautionary tale on these "hype" releases.
Overhyped. I just stick to regular staking of generic silver.
regular staking/!?!
@@dronetestdaegan Yea. Low premium. Investmenting not gambling.

Yeah, it's kind of the norm on a lot of these bigger channels. It's a part of what we have to deal with. But thank you for the assist!
Send it back , too expensive.
Don't know if i'll send back my order. I will keep a set for myself in graded holders.
76 dollars👎 buy bullion for 27.00 now
Right? It's a good time to pick up some silver while premiums are lower. Even as the spot prices have come up the last couple days.

Because Morgan and Peace Dollars were never 1 troy oz of silver. The vintage coins were made from 90% silver alloy, these modern coins are made form 99% silver alloy.
Commemorative planchets (incl. 2021,2023 morgan & peace) are .859 troy. This is a very expensive piece of silver.

If you had a subscription for these in 2021, then it is still valid. Saying they started to offer these for subscription in December is false.
