The only thing I fear more is Yubel with the Legendary fisherman. Pretty much an OTK.

16:15 The opponent couldn't end their battle phase. Nightmare Pain doesn't say that you can only attack Yubel, it says you MUST attack Yubel. They can't skip their battle phase if Yubel is on the field, and they can't end it if Spirit of Yubel is summoned.
