I saw this story when I was in primary school and I immediately wanted to help such victims. This story actually became my motivation. After 8 years,I'm studying to be a criminal lawyer.May their souls rest in peace.
Good job Dennis, a good explanation and sufficient evidence to prove that they were killed. I wish we had a competent criminal investigation department, it's unfortunate that we leave the job to journalists.
Shida ya hizi feature za Dennis hazikupengi majibu. Zinakuachaga na maswali tu. KTN should come up with another series called 'Answers to Case Files questions'.
we ndo huoni majibu... the answers are clear and you dont need rocket science to confirm... ama unataka wapeane verdict kama court.... this is how they are supposed to do it and its upto you to open the eyes and see the truth
@@ernestsifuna But you can't be sure. This is the same legal system that had condemned them to imprisonment for murder because they couldn't identify who participated and who didn't. Then here they are, freeing them, how did they tell who was innocent or guilty? Guesswork just like in the first case, just as the first jury had made a mistake. Uliona case ya Dorcas Mwende and his father? that one will make you lose hope in the kenyan judicial system.
I was there when they were exhuming the bodies, I was in class 5 back then in a school nearby and lemme say the stench from the rotting bodies, the disintegrated body parts filled with maggots and to see the dead flesh being filled in plastic and gunny bags is a sight I have never gotten over,I was too young to comprehend what was going on and bumping into this cleared everything up and it brought this dark past flooding back goddammit. There will be no rest for the wicked in this world.
Can i put it in simple terms that the corrupt prison officers on duty colluded to make one of the capital offender to escape? Then they MURDERED the inmates witnesses so as to make a cover up,but lucky enough Mr.Mwirichia survived to tell the investigators the story which led to arrest of this cruel prison wardens.
Kamau Wilson its worsening am telling you my brother is better to die overseas I hate my country my husband died on 2016 up to now investigation is going on up to now I have everything am suspecting they killed him am young we had no child since we were newly wedded I hate everything even now am not in Kenya
They wrongfully jailed the prison warders. Even the way the witness is narrating can tell he was coached. There is this automated decision by masses that the police is always wrong when it comes to such incidents. Even the learned judges don't think twice when a police officer is involved. You are already wrong by the fact that you are a police officer. Investigations should start afresh.
Looks like u R a police the prisoners were just a scapegoat visit kingongo and see the walls that is claimed they jumped ......this all was to release one prisoner
