If you want to dry larger flowers without pressing them, get a lot of "silica gel" sand (its reusable) get a container bigger than the flower and pour and inch or so of the silica then nestle the cut stem into it and slowly pour on top and around the flower until it is buried and leave it for the recommended time.. lush flowers like roses can take a few weeks to dry enough.. youll know theyre ready when the petals feel "paper-y" 🥰 i hope that helps someone! 🤗💕
I made my flower and bouquet pain stakingly. Cut every petal out of nylon, or polyester fabrics. Singed the edges, sewed the flowers together petal by petal. Took for ever and I grossly underestimated how many I needed. But it was beautiful’
Try using the Art Resin brand (little pricey but worth it) it doesn’t yellow years later. Did some floral & shell resin earrings in 2016 & it was the only brand that hasn’t yellowed & is still super crystal clear.

Some resins will yellow over time, so you should probably research which one to use if you don’t want that to happen

Love this diy alternative!
How do you dry out the flowers? Cause I’d love to try this. 😊
So either you can hang them upside down somewhere (but that only works if they still have the stems)
or you can put them in some rice or sand
