Thank you Laura! Now I’m ready to start my daughters bouquet shadow box I’ve been procrastinating for 2 years! Have pressed and dried all of her flowers and have had the shadow box too for years. I too am nervous to get started. YOU really helped me get motivated and made it look fairly easy. You did an amazing job with details. I hope mine looks as good as yours!♥️ Thank you!
You did an amazing job on this bouquet! I’ve decided to make something similar myself for my daughter who got married this past weekend. It is absolutely beautiful.
Oh my gosh Laura! You are a life saver! My bouquet dried super fast after our destination wedding! This video is going to be a life saver! Can you please share materials used for this?
Lovely work! Thank you! About to do my new DIL's bouquet for her anniversary--flowers are dried and lovely. What shadowbox did you use? Did I miss that in the video?
So beautiful! Thanks for sharing ❤ where did you get the shadow box frames? I always have the hardest time purchasing one that is deep enough without it looking so bulky.
What size is the shadow box? If you said, I missed it. Hope you respond. My flowers are all dried and I'm ready to design but I think the 8x10 is to small. Help!
Would you know how I could find someone local that can do this? Got a ten year anniversary coming up and we’ve been meaning to put her flowers in a shadow box. I’m too scared I’ll screw it up. I need a pro!
thank you for the video, can i ask for accambling a wedding bouquet in deep shodow box is it better to dry them seperetly heads and stems or as a whole flower? need to be side view layout, and is hot glue secure and hold flower for years or i need other glue? Also is the shadow box backing securely will hold the whole bouquet?
So question: I have some flowers that dried from just sitting without water for a couple months. I want to put them in a shadow box but I’m afraid to press them down because I don’t want them to turn to crumbles… should I just put them in the box whole or should I attempt to press them somehow?
do you seal your flowers with anything before putting them in the shadow box? I recently tried krylon acrylic sealant on mine to hopefully preserve color...
Luv This! I was looking for new ideas to do this..... Next time (if you do it again) try drying them in Silica Sand! They retain there color much better and works grate for delicate ones that would fall apart!
Hi may i know what you sprayed on the dried flowers? Cause my dried flowers are getting soft after 3 hours i pulled them out the silica gel. please help me cause i don't wanna assemble them in the shadow box. Is it hairspray?
it turned out absolutely amazing, i will commission you one day to do mine......if y'all haven't figured it out, you're missing out, hit the like and subscribe and join this fun community, it is the best there is on youtube, all are welcome!!
At first I thought I wouldn't like it but when I came back in the room you said ok thats about done . I love it. What a memory
never having done up a shadowbox before, this was super interesting just to see the process of gluing down and building up the piece.
Thank you :)
Just gorgeous!! How did you open up the roses without having the petals fall off?
Beautiful! I'm getting ready to put my bouquet into a shadow box, and it's so nerve-wracking!
Thanks Heather. You can do it! Good luck!!

Can you make a video about how to dry the flowers like you did in this video? Your work is amazing.
Noted! Thank you for the kind words Bethany. I'm glad it was useful. Have a good day.

I used a clearcoat for some of the coloured ones. A spray paint can but clear coat. For the white flowers, no seal.
Ççiçekleri nasıl kurutuyorsunuz hem kuru hem kırılmayan esnek yapraklar
I have never tried drying flowers before, now I want to try it!
