Great reaction. This was BABYMETAL adding some Ska in with the metal. 'YAVA' means something like 'Oh no' I think and it is all a bit confusing as to what exactly the song is about ... other than it being about confusion, everything being the same but different. Sorry, I can't really help much with explaining this one, all I really know is that the Kami Band intro was excellent (the late and very great Mikio Fujioka (RIP), Takayoshi Ohmura, BOH and Hideki Aoyama doing their thing and setting the scene), the song is great and the choreo is outstanding.
I'm a bit confused as to what part is Ska in this song, everyone says it is but I'm not seeing it. To me this is Ska (but I suppose that is just me) - Streetlight Manifesto - Keasbey Nights at: ua-cam.com/video/Sk9RRnpFg24/v-deo.html
One of my favourites! The song just keeps building and you can feel Su's frustration grow as she sings. The choreography also enhances the message effectively. The lyrics look simple at first glance, but have a lot of depth. It's both philosophical and poetic, making it very interesting to interpret.
_Pippo pappo pippo pappo piii_ YAVA! (actually Yabai!) means like "oh no!" or when describing something dangerous or surprising. They're fusing ska genre and metal in a way no one did before, the charming of our girls is unmatchable. The Kami Band intro in this one is super fun, Mikio Fujioka-sama doing some magic here. (R.I.P.) This was live compilation with some footage of Five Fox Festival 2017 and mixing up a lot of more live performance from different era, Big Fox Festival 2017 was the last live performance for YuiMetal and you already know the rest, sad moment everytime I remember this. The Kami Band really doing a different intro unlike the rest but still being impressive and fits totally with the song and the ska rhythm. "Chigau" in the lyrics is the temporary title fans gave to this song when live premiere without knowing the song, the word means "different" and totally fits with the meaning of the song, this could be a song talking about them, you know the surprise factor of being different. Kitsune up and see you next time.🦊👆👇🔥
The lyrics are really interesting. Some people say that it describes the feeling when Su wears the left and right shoes in reverse.😂 Some people say it describes how fans felt when they first saw Moametal and Yuimetal. ♥️ Some people say it is the song of obsessive-compulsive disorder.💀 The meaning of the lyrics can almost describe the feeling when we come into contact with various people and things. So it's really a great piece of work.🦊
Yava is one of my favourite Babymetal songs , but I love all there songs, good reaction Dame , you will get to listening to song called , Tales of the Destinies , that’s is another awesome song.
Bro Babymetal has some legit club bangers. Can't wait to watch you react to their Metal Galaxy jams. You're going to dig "Shanti". Authentic middle eastern choreo and a hype bollywood beat is a party song. Just don't react to the official MV because you need to see all the fire choreo. Thanks n see you!
I was never a fan of Ska music, but the way BabyMetal does it, i love it . The courography and the expressions on their faces are great . BabyMetal, give me an appreciation of courography i never had before . 😁🤘🏼🦊🤘🏼
Nice reaction. Yup a personal favorite of mine as well. Yava does it all that says Babymetal. Interesting lyrics, Mix of genres in the music and great dancing. Here we get the added benefit of that cool Kamiband intro. Are you not entertained?

…this one is obtuse. IMO this song, with all its “chigau’s” (wrong/different), remembering the clearer message of Ijime,Dame,Zettai’s anti-bullying message is saying that it’s ok to be different (or maybe even, wrong… don’t know) but more than anything, I know this is one heck of a song.
Loving your journey down the Fox Hole, but sugar, when you lean close to the microphone at the beginning of every video, it pains me. Literally, physically. My eardrums can't take it. Every time, I either forget it's coming, or I don't get the video paused and the volume adjusted in time. And then I just have to turn the volume back up a few seconds in anyway. Could you consider...not doing that? XD Just a small request. It's a signature move, I reckon, but OUCH. 🤘🦊🤘 I fucking love this song. One of my favorites. Def favorite choreo. Not a terrible compilation, too. There aren't many options for Yava.

One of my favorites and love love that choreography. Su has some great facial expressions in this too. 🤘🦊🤘

Yava is my personal number one Babymetal song. It’s so high energy and has one of the best dance choreographies of their catalogue.

YAVA:-
I love this song because I love the SKA genre. YAVA fuses SKA and Metal. Very underrated song cos, not many reactors react to this. Some in the Metal community didn't even knew that the SKA genre existed unless you listen to No Doubt and other bands that play the SKA genre such as and I can list a few but I think there are fans who know better.
1. Reel Big Fish - Sell Out (1996)
2. Mighty Mighty Bosstone - The Impression That I Get (1997)
3. Suicide Machines - Skankin' Pickle - Song #3 (1997)
4. Kemuri (Japanese Ska Band) - Positive Mental Attitude (P.M.A) (1998)
5. The Pietasters - Out All Night (1997)
6. Spring Heeled Jack - Jolene (1998)
7. Slapstick - Eighteen (1997)
8. Rancid - Time Bomb (1995)
9. Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra from Japan - Skaravan.
This are from the 90s mainly because I was born in the 70s.
The Kami Band is brilliant and brutal. Enjoy your reaction. Thanks for reacting to this. Kitsune Up 🦊🦊🦊🤘🇯🇵🇸🇬
YAVA!
YAVA! is a song from BABYMETAL's second original album, METAL RESISTANCE.
Information:-
•Artist: BABYMETAL
•Album: BABYMETAL
•Lyrics: NAKAMETAL, Mk-metal, Kxbxmetal
•Composition: Norimetal
•Arrangement: Yuppemetal
This tune was performed for the first time on 2015 Jun. 21st at Makuhari Messe, Chiba. Since then, it was tentatively called "Chigau". The Japanese title is "ヤバッ!" (= yaba!) and this word is sometimes jokingly written as "ヤヴァッ!" (= yava!).
The meaning of the lyrics is vague, obscure & ambiguous. This is the same old way of Japanese popular songs. If the singers are attractive enough, the fans can freely enjoy whatever fantasies they like with such vague lyrics. I don't think there is the true story and the lyric writer has hidden it, so I hope the listeners think freely what differs how from what.

Cool reaction man, it's good you watch the version with the Kami Band intro.
The word, 'Yabai' (やばい) is a slang word in Japanese. It means 'bad and cool at the same time' like 'sick' in English, I heard.😀
