To turn the head to the down position there is a bell experiment. I don’t have a video but I can just tell you that ring the bell close to the hairline in the pelvis and just talk to your baby. Communicate with your baby to turn the head to decide from where the well is ringing. That is just a way of communicating with your baby and telling the baby that this is the place where the head should be for a normal vagina delivery, also you can start doing some yoga exercises under your trainer where you can sit on your four limbs in the cat position and then try to give more space for the baby to move the head down. I think they should be able to help you.
