Om Shanti. I was in pain. And so I started searching for answers that were disturbing my peace of mind and I came upon Sister Shivani’s videos. I listened, I experimented and now I believe. The morning and evening affirmations, the mindful eating and drinking practices have changed my life. I recently started to go to the meditation center near me. I’m not where I would like to be but I understand now that I’m a soul on a journey. Not perfect but powerful, peaceful, pure, patient and positive. Many blessings to you Sister Shivani.
