You have a topic but you don't know how to create it? I suggest to look up the topic from a General Conference talk. You are not looking to present the GC speakers talk, but use it to gain brain triggers that will help you create your own talk.
Before the talk at some point during the week.. Sunday before...go up to the podium...look out for a moment or two. Yes follow her principle and practice at least once twice better more better..up to podium pause for at least 3 seconds ..and take a deep breath...😊

This was a great video. I'm a lifelong member of the church. I've been on a mission to Mexico. I've spoken in church a few times. However, I haven't spoken in church in over a decade. I have generalized anxiety disorder and it's very hard. This helps simplify my need to prepare a meaningful talk for sacrament meeting. Thank you
