    I can imagine there are quite a lot of people that would like to dress up as a giant Bat and go knocking at Dave McKean's door 🤣

      ​@@GodLovesComicsyeah it ended up working out really really well but he never listen to a lot of what grant Morrison wanted like putting robin in it and other stuff and he clearly isn't a batman fan all with the way he talks about him so crazy how he was given this job to do the art for this book.

      @@yashileakduth928 Yes, I don't know what the circumstances were. I'm terrible with dates so I was thinking he was a hot artist at that point because of Sandman, but in fact Sandman and Arkham came out the same year. McKean was never interested in drawing superheroes, but he's also not pretentious. In the interviews I've read or seen with him, he's very sweet and thoughtful and not arrogant at all.
