    This low and slow method of cooking really enhances the flavors. I'm betting it was even better the next day! The possibilities are endless regarding herbs and spices. This is a dish definitely worth trying.

    I think it's called Tagine. Regardless, it looks so delicious and it seems pretty easy. I can't wait to try it!

      The two names are very similar. The tangia is a round cooking pot. The tagine is the large flat plate with the conical lid. One of these days I'll buy a real tagine and experiment with it. It looks like fun. Thanks for your comment.-Dennis
