US did offer this block 70 named as F21 to India for it's MRFA program with some ToT but unfortunately India has rejected this offer(unofficially) but it makes sense though as f16s have been operated by Pakistani air force. US made huge mistake by providing weapons (in the form of aid) to pakistan and lost huge lucrative market of India...

looks like Israel modified F16 which still flies missions with great success. wonder what it now has on board?

I don't think the US is losing any sleep as all the manufacturers can't keep up with the demand.
