Long story short: with the unprecedented success of nwo, bischoff thought flair, and several other past mainstays weren't draws. Flair took a huge offense to that. 97, flair, and eb have bigger falling out over negotiations over flair contract, flair eventually returns (months later) and reforms Horsemen. Cuts promo.
