EDIT: So I binge watched the show last night, and I have to say, I really enjoyed it. Can't wait for season 2!
I hope we get to explore Papa G's past in the next season. According to the man in black, he has a history of surviving tough situations; might be the reason he became more peaceful over the years.
Kid Cosmic gives me Green Lantern, Jean Grey and Power Rangers vibes. Except the aliens look less like actors in cheap costumes and more like aliens.

In an ideal world, Crag would've made this show for Cartoon Network, but instead, they're making more 'Portland' crap. So I'm glad he made this for Netflix.
Honestly my criticism of the show is the comedy being a hit or miss but the villains in the character designs are great
after the cancer that is The 2016 Powerpuff Girls ReBoot Kid Cosmic is 100 times better then that
And the moral of the story is, 'always let the creators run the show, and never take it away from them.'
I really need to check this show out. I hope you can watch Lego Monkie Kid when it comes to the US.
It’s a shame that unlike Genndy Tartakovsky, Craig McCracken has never created any quality shows that were able to stand out in my opinion. Although, the only real misstep in Genndy’s TV filmography was Dexter’s Laboratory, but that gets a pass since it was Genndy’s first series and since then he was able to continually produce high quality animated shows to this day.

The idea sounds pretty cool. Just hearing the power of these weird characters is awesome.. but i am not a fan of this animation style.
Papa G is probably the best and has the best power. Image all the art projects that I could get done with clones
I can't believe I never connected the 13 cosmic stones to the 13 people in the diner. That's a really interesting point you made with the first season's ending.
As for the show overall, I really enjoyed it. I think the two main things I liked about this show were how it played with some tropes (i.e. the initial main antagonist Chuck being stuck in a bad situation while still toying with the heroes in some way, his great leader turning out to be a total coward) and how it managed to cram what felt like two seasons worth of storytelling into a small, but finite package. The latter also helped the show move at a steady pace while still providing great humor and character interactions. Of course, the visuals are also great, especially with the contrast between the mostly muted color palette of the desert setting and the brightly colored aliens and cosmic stones.
I love Papa G. the more i watch and think about it, he just felt real. sure, he kind of feels like the oblivious caretaker at first, only wanting to help, but then you see how much help he wants to give and makes mistakes he feel can't be fixed with words. he tries his hardest for Kid and i felt that as someone who tries to help people, even if it feels pointless or impossible.
makes me think in a good 30 years, I'll be like him XD wouldn't mind personally.

hey dude! found your channel while i was thinking about a childhood show i liked as a kid (cities of gold) and i have to say.... your channel is awesome. your stuff is awesome and the production value is actualy decent. i cannot understand why your channel is still so small.... i really wish for you that it blows up soon. you deserve it! you just gained a new subscriber and i hope to see more of your stuff in the future.
