- Kim and Aggie travel up to Scotland to meet Annie, a woman in her late thirties who sleeps with three cats and has a nest of beetles living in her oven. However is Annie too stubborn to see the error of her ways?

@@lauralake7430 I felt embarrassed for her! Her attitude was atrocious! Imagine acting like that on tv.. when they’ve come to clean your filthy home!
I’m guessing it’s a defence mechanism because she was embarrassed.
I love how Kim and Aggie are always so well dressed and groomed.
Just realised how old my kitchen units are they are the same as the ones on this episode😂.
She is so ungrateful. I’m glad Kim called her out. It will be a wreck in no time. Such a brat

Cluttered is not character lol, it attracts dust and bacteria to grow. She didn't seem to give a shit so I don't know why they bothered..

@@annbow4064 I knew 2 people who lived in well a tip (if I want a polite way of putting it) they were one of my uncles and his partner Sandra, both smokers (both are dead now) funnily enough well groomed, posh clothes, posh house on the outside but inside was dirty and they did not seem to care.
I would have walked out the door after her remark.
Cause people love watching it.

Bathrooms look like this in a lot of tenement flats in Scotland, the ceilings are VERY high in them though so it doesn’t feel so bad when you’re using one.
Many times bathrooms in houses are retrofitted and its difficult to create a perfect arrangement.
Older houses did not have indoor bathrooms when they were built but eventuality the outhouse was torn down and a bathroom inside the house was put in.
Clutter is a sign of emotional trauma.

I cannot fathom the phycological state of a person who moves into a flat and doesn’t clean or wipe a single surface for 10 FKN YEARS!
Listen I have had my house get on top of me we all have. If I get sick, it disappears under filth. If my depression surfaces it gets on top of me. If I have a bought of procrastination paralysis and overwhelm it extends it. But Annie does have a point if you can’t bring yourself to do it. Hire someone in. A lot of my problem is 9 months out of the year I work 3 jobs 50-85 hours a week and only I cook and clean plus there’s no washer, dryer or dishwasher so it gets bad by spring break. But I am in the middle of a huge overhaul to do just the same. Because I will not have the same problem next year. If my family can’t be bothered to help. They’re chipping in for a cleaner and I have a lovely friend who is one to hire.
