Bro first days i eat like 20-30 Palestine dates and 1.5 litre milk and 1 litre wather😅 this is for my body the best to fast all day easy. But with getting older i cannot eat much for iftar, just verry littlw and i drink 1-2 litre juices and wather. But i have no apetite to eat😆
