I was taught something like this earlier but instead of it being in one spot you continue the wrist rolls going from right to left and surprisingly got the hang of it in under 30 minutes I just have to work on making it more fluent though
Having a really really hard time with this, but I'll keep trying!! Frustrating because my hand keeps wanting to turn to the right at the moment it needs to actually turn to the left to roll the chain over it.
No stress. These were and still are unnatural to me too. It's just practicing it over and over that will get you there. Hope my videos is helping you get there!
@@ScottyKarate u bet! I've been practicing for six months now. Definitely getting the hang of figure 8 wrist rolls. It's by no means a cake walk. Very painful at times. But so fun and worth it. Thank you so much for your tutorials! I r a huge inspiration 🤘😈
Hey Quack, without seeing it I would say they are probably hitting eachother because of lack of speed or possibly releasing a bit to late. Also, thanks for the compliment, I appreciate it 👍
Haha sorry to hear that. Probably means the chain was a bit to long for you. But if you lace your own string chucks you can make them as short as you need!
Question for the viewer: How long did it take you to get the hang of the continuous wrist roll?
Nice! Well all I can say is keep up the good work. This like everything else just takes practice and time. You got this!
i tried many videos suggestion, but this worked. Thankyou
Glad it helped!

@@ScottyKarate thanks a lot sir, love ur content😍💪🏾
they chain always got wrapped around my hand.😭

actually there is no chain, but rope.
Can't even get one roll, my hand always grab the chain.
I'll make observe 1st my wrist roll I will catch.
I started practicing nunchucks again now that they are NY legal. Dont see much practical use for the technique and it leaves you open to a disarm
Why do u do the inverted role while teaching the normal role? don't u think people will confuse them? This is totally a bad idea man
is it ok to start learning with foam ones i want to learn it feels meditative like it.
It is. Plus its s pretty good shoulder workout
