Parali is being converted into biofuel pellets to be used as fuel by industry. But one thing I dont understand is that it is ultimately being burnt so how does it reduce pollution. Instead of being burnt by farmers it will be now burnt by industries for fuel purposes. Burning is still done. Can anyone explain how it will reduce pollution? Please. Thanks
Insufficient supply of oxygen results in incomplete combustion which releases harmful gases like carbon monoxide in the field, but in the industry, combustion is moderated for efficient combustion of biomass thus reducing pollution.
Air filters are used in the chimneys of these factory which significantly reduce the pollutants that come out with the smoke and also the combustion process is very efficient in these factory which also reduce the production of carbon.
It’s the end of 2024- Highest number of hospitalizations this year in Pakistan’s Punjab because of what these farmers in Indian Punjab, Haryana, etc are doing. Babies can’t breathe. Seniors can’t breathe. I’m sure it’s the same problem for people in India. Please let the Indian central government come up with a solution.
