Yeah I was cussing out the Polaris Engineers or who call them selves engineers because they sure are not engineers who work on their own stuff because this was the dumbest design to get the driveshaft out. My CV shafts had been frozen in so I had someone hold the diff up out of the way and snaked it out under it I got lucky. But you are 100% correct the XP must be Extra Problems or Extremely poor engineering. Great job because this video will help people from the same frustration.
one more thing . when you pull the drive shaft .... mark ... the front so the pin will line up like factory . that was the hardest thing i came across putting it back in .if i ever do it again i will use the original pin.... good luck
when ever you replace u joints take a drill put steel wool on a long drill bit and run it in and out of the cap holes .. save you hr and bending yolk trying to get caps in . seen it done it .I have learn from my mistakes lol
the ome parts dont hace grease nipples . the replacements do . the real big thing is grease the hell out of the back yoke every chance you get .. the shaft will come out the back . you have to remove clutch and hole cover . good luck

Get the axles perfectly straight and yank them out, no prying
yes it dose work . but in the real world thats not always that easy
you could have left the axles attached and pulled the diff out the side

It worked ok but with the ujoint gone I had to fix it

i got the doors in USA cant remember the site , great people had problem with crack by door handle 1 year later and they replaced it
what kind of lift is that you have.
i was at a local scrap yard one day and there it was $275 . my lucky day ..goes about 5 feet
