My rear brake pedal snapped off mid wheelie. Got an OEM replacement. This is the only video on the internet that shows installation of the rear pedal. It's not even in the service manual. Thanks chief.
Having the same problem.. when I removed the main bolt that holds the rear brake pedal on that bolt was on very tight when I replaced it I tightened the bolt tightly again and the brake pedal did not move so I backed it off and now the whole brake assembly moves forward when I depress the brake pedal. 🤔
When tightening the the brake pedal did the pedal pop back into place when pressing by hand? The issue I am having know is when I put the bolt on really tight then I press the brake by hand it won't pop back into place and I'd I put it in alittle loose with lock tight it keeps backing out
Insane that this is still the only video on UA-cam showing this good job man
Thanks. Crazy there aren't more when it's a tad confusing at first

2021 - Video still adding value and helping people out! Thanks for the insight - confident to give mine a go now! (Thanks from New Zealand) :)
Thanks for watching
That bolt is in mine SO tight, that i just stripped it despite using copious PB and now im watching with tears in my eyes
Dang
did you get it out?
asking for a friend....
My brake lever does not easily move after being installed like the video at 6:50, is this bad or do i need to adjust something so it isnt stiff?
Should have some adjustments
Bro 5 years later and I’m doing this process but you don’t seem to have any feedback for the people that have their break levers not decompressing
if it doesnt compress it might spin or its stuck or you need to push harder
Was there a little spacer in between the lever and peg? I’m trying to figure out ʷʰʸ my lever is binding when there is pressure on the pegs
Dont remember sorey
