ironically what Jane said, some negotiators will actually say when your trying to off yourself by jumping. If you have taken drugs, they lay it on thick, especially in the UK (talking from exp when i OD'd a few years ago). She described how my gut would slowly tare itself open, how id feel like i wanted to crap non stop but the pain would only grow, how they'd have to put a tube up my piss hole and do a stomach pump. I get paid either way. And from this height, you'll just end up in a wheelchair. So either jump and brake your legs, or get down. We're done giving you attention." He walked off, bout 10 seconds later, the guy climbed down and was tackled by the police and cuffed and put in the ambulance.
