Rewinded and watched 2 times, that was one of the scenes where the supporting cast just has a dialogue or two, but he or she still does complete justice to it.
And the thing is, I reckon Jane probably saved Karen's life by stopping her from showing that video clip ... surely Red John would have come after her for that (i.e. repeating the perceived insult). I loved this episode. "Pocket Rocket" haha :)
im not sure tho since in the context Karen only try to get the audience up to speed about Jane's past, and beside it thought Jane did that to Karen was only because Jane really hates that moment of his life (well.. we know why) and dont want to talk about it. i was more sure about it when in the final episodes where ((beware spoiler for the last episodes)) . . Tork gave an idea about Jane pretending once more to be a psychic to lure Lazarus, he got so annoyed and upset and left the bullpen.
@@smurfyday doesn't she?... do you mean her primary motive is to mess with Jane? because i think she couldnt care less with Jane. She's just being snarky with him, not hate him. but then again, at the moment ive already forgotten the details of this episode lol so pardon me if im mistaken
When the show was on air, i didn't realize that it was Ellen's set, but now I was sure I have seen it somewhere and then it hit me, it is Ellen's set.. but wasn't 100% sure, but after comments.. well I am shocked, how i didn't realize it before.
Karen never did learn her lesson did she? At the scene of the SJK murder under the freeway: "What happened? Did they take your shoes hostage?" Karen was wearing sneerers! Classic Jane observation coupled with sarcasm. :))
The son got the candle lit up but the father to save his son confessed to the crime with proof (the candle which he gave to the son had some sort of chemical sulphur u guess which lit up at room temperature)
He was short-circuiting the host recall. It's kind of like if you were a secretary, and your boss asked you to go back to the file room and get a file from the cabinet, but every time you started down the hall someone interrupted you with another job, and you never make it back to the cabinet. Also he kept instructing her to forget what she was looking for kind of creating a mental block in the recall process. Sometimes they'll make an association with the feeling of forgetfulness such as "You know how sometimes you see a person across the room and you know you've seen them before but you can't quite remember where, or you hear some music and the name of the song is right on the tip of your tongue but you can't quite get it out. " That kind of thing, the mentalist just knows how the brain works, and how to exploit the process.
Can't believe this is actually real spirit and I think Patrick is human and he is not real Patrick and I think he knows what if feels in spirit like red John does and yes that is a theory.
@LostSony93 oh, thanks :) I thought he was using his mind ninja skills to make her forget something. I didn't get to watch all of this episode, so I thought it was something I missed. :)

Dipping the candle in liquid phosphorus...it bursts in to flame once its dry plus oxygen. Jane gave the candle to Max's son personally but the timing was perfect. It was explained in the show by O'Laughlin to Rigsby.
I just love the way he introduces Lisbon!
yeah.. love it also
state of the art foreshadowing ;)
The "pocket rocket?" 😏
@@youreokay7888 He was just mocking her because he knew she'd feel awkward in front of a live audience. Don't read too much into it.
@comical4609 Rigsby must have felt a little left out though 😂

He is doing it right (making a fool of her), and he IS RIGHT, she IS a vulture. definitely the most annoying character on that series.
Damn right he IS
Is 'she' Nancy Disgrace?
@AcidDome Kristina Frye wasn't written to be annoying, but delusional. That's why even Jane likes her.
I think the most annoying character was "Beth", the one who wants to believe Jane is a psychic even though he says he's not.
lisbon's introduction is the most accurate line ever!! 😂
I was going to comment "why doesn't this guy have his own show?" but then I remembered, "Oh, right."
I rarely missed an episode but, even so, I want to see the full episode each time I see one of these clips on youtube.
Cute as a button, yes she is!
@CarineMurell Pocket Rocket, The Dynamite, Heavily Armed, Cute As A Button Agent Theresa Lisbon :).

It was just a gag, don't read too much into it.
I feel like they're making fun of nancy grace
No need, she does a good enough job destroying herself.
I know this is over a decade old but they were. Law and order criminal intent did it too with a recurring tv character named Faith Yancy
I'm surprised they managed to get the Senator on here.
The State Senator, that is.
I knew that's where I knew him from!
Btw What's a state senator from Philadelphia doing in California

Miss Pasternak?
@Arcadefire91 It is =).
She was Jake’s teacher on Two and a Half Men
