Hello! We have this Crystal recorder, but having trouble to import the data to a usable form. We need to see two pressure differential points, example set point A and set point B, and be able to see pressure and time at A and B. Do you have a usable form to use? We need to calculate the pressure drop in percentage over the last 5 and then minutes. Thank you in advance!
Hi, my date is incorrect when i download my data. I cant find any info in the manual or programming manual about how to adjust the date/time. Please advise, thanks.
Thanks a lot for your question. Page 21 in the manual will describe the process for this under the section "XP2i reset and battery change". Once you connect to DataLoggerXP and done a change, then hit send to gauge. This will synchronize the time and date on your XP2i. I bought this gauge about two years ago and have used it only as a gauge and manually recorded the pressures. Today I tried to link it to my computer and no-go. My PC recognizes the gauge but there's no driver option. There's nothing to select. It just shows up on the list of devices. I'm not the only person using this so if there was more equipment in the case when I bought it I don't have it now. All I have is the quick reference card and the cord. I looked at the online manual and under setup there's a link but all that does is send me to a page to purchase stuff. Could you please provide a step by step process to link this gauge to my computer? Or point me in the direction to where I can find this information.
Hi Please make sure you are using the current version of the DataLoggerXP version. It should be version 1.61 in the application under Help/About. Please make sure you are using our part# 3313 USB adapter cable. This will appear in the Windows Device Manager listing as a Crystal Engineering Serial Port COM x, where x is the com port number. The driver version is dated 2017. If it is older, you need to download and update the drivers from our website in the software section on the XP2i page. You do not need a gauge attached. This is for the COM port generated by the cable. If the above is ok, please check the Software Setting under View-Options. The Software Setting should be set to auto or the COM port number in the Windows device manager port listing.
