Really amazing build. Curious about a couple things: 1. Are the sides aluminum that you then painted? (Stainless steel?) 2. Did you use a bolt-together trailer? If yes, would love to know what kind and how it’s holding up.

Thanks! Good luck with your build. The only big mistake we made on this build was with the shape of the galley door and having it curve at the bottom like it does. I think the shape looks good, but I'd highly recommend straightening the curve at the bottom of the door like Timberleaf Trailers does theirs. That would have saved us so many hours and a lot of headaches. Best of luck with yours!
Hi Jorge, we didn’t use any design plans. We just took the dimensions for a queen size mattress and the dimensions for my cooler and then figured out the rest of it from there.
Hi, we made our own plans by starting with the dimensions of a queen mattress and my cooler then built out the plans from there. We mapped out the template for the sides and galley cabinetry on thin plywood which was really helpful and useful throughout the build.
We started with the Irontron 5x8 steel frame kit from Northern Tool and upgraded the suspension system and wheels. We went with the Timbren axle-less suspension system, so the clearance is nice and high.
