It's still so hard to find good light oriented videos when it comes to ASMR. Well at least what I really enjoy about them. A lot of people tend to avoid the "harsher" lights because it could be painful. But I think as long as it's not constantly there it's really quite fascinating. Larger lights can also be a bit disorienting, I find the smaller ones like this really do the job the best as well. You really got it spot on with dimming the lights and bringing the light up close in that bit of a pattern.
Also the lens flare effect is really really cool. I agree.

I really love water sounds and torches especially when they are places together. Perhaps use a spray bottle to give a different water sound as well as playing with a bowl of water. Another interesting sound is water gems. They are those polyballs that absorb water. They make interesting sounds as well. But play around with the torch and water. Like a dark room, no lights and spray the water into the air and illuminate it with the torch. You can also do slow tapping on the white plastic board to make it sound like rain. Thats another big trigger, so try that out as well.
Sorry for all the suggestions. But great video overall. Also I love the way your wall looked when the lights were turned off the white flowers illuminated. Very cool.

I like your camera brushing technique - a lot of ASMR Artists tend to scrape the edges of the camera too much and it actually grates me a little! But you kept the movement and application very soft and gentle. Kudos! I also liked the sound of you squeezing the bristles! Cool video :)

Oh wow... The soapy hands. The brushing of the lens - huge trigger. I don't think I'm triggered by lights as such, but the concentration you gave it was a big visual trigger for me. Oh and the brushing of your hands, when you kind of twisted the brush on your palm, the sounds and how it looked - now that was tingle overload!! Loved this, I shall be watching again in a couple of hours at bedtime. Thank you, this is brilliant.

I don't exactly understand how the light is an asmr trigger but I like the clicking sounds made from turning it on and the light here is the only light that seems dim which I love because I hate when asmr youtubers use very bright lights which hurt my eyes

Excellent video. Really like the brushing and the soapy hands...Not a criticism, but would have been perfect if you did the soapy hands trigger maybe with slower hand movements, so it kind of hypnotizes one??..... All in all though, great show :-)

Aw, sorry to hear that. I get excited when I see a new vid from an ASMRtist I'm sub'd to, especially during this time where I'm finishing up at uni and trying to get on my feet. "If you're going through hell, keep going." Sounds cheesy but I think it has its merits. :)
I'm curious, are you putting on a non-regional accent? Because your accent sounds SE England but then there are a few words that sound more midlands area. Where are you from?
