Green poop can be cause by gallbladder problems such as gallbladder stones and red poop can be caused by eaten red food like tomatoes, beets, spicy peppers, red candies and ect. It's not always means bleeding

I might want to suggest that to a doctor... I have the lightheaded-dizzy-vertigo-headache problem almost every time I go, and just two days ago I finally went after about a week and the damn thing was as big around as my wrist, which sent my entire body into a minor state of shock, as well as causing some severe back pain yesterday and today...
