तीसरी बार cystoscopy ...... 14 सितम्बर 2023 को किया गया । कोई भी नया टयूमर ग्रोथ नहीं मिला
परन्तु BCG onco के कारण जो शोथ उत्पन्न हुआ है , उसको ठीक कर पाने का कोई उपाय नहीं है
BCG Onco का साईड इफेक्ट बहुत कॉमन है
पर " BCG itis" को ठीक करने की किसी Hospital में या किसी भी
यूरोलॉजिस्ट के पास संभवतः कोई उपचार नहीं है
कल Hospital से Discharge किया गया हूं
लगभग 70 हज़ार रुपए पेमेंट किया है
पर कुछ भी हासिल नहीं हुवा है
BCG itis का इलाज नहीं जानते हैं

@Seema Kumari No medicines after getting BCG treatment. Only regular check up through cystoscopy at regular interval for next 5 years, and 3 years have already passed since then without any issue. Touchwood!
@Seema Kumari ; 23000 with single room occupancy. With sharing room, it costs around 18000. It's a day care procedure, so 24 hours hospitalization not required unless your insurance company insists! These rates are from the private hospital in Gujarat, so it may vary from hospitals to hospitals and states to states. In government hospitals, it will cost less.
@Seema Kumari ; No issues after cystoscopy. It is a kind of endoscopy of urinary bladder where the doctor inspects bladder through a camera to check possibility of cancer recurrence or any malignancy. It is done at periodic interval after BCG treatment given to check whether there is recurrence of cancer in the bladder or not. Basically, the doctor advices 3 tests to do at periodic interval after BCG. 1 - Urine Cytology, 2 - Abdominal (bladder) Sonography, (followed by) 3 - Cystoscopy. As per the medical protocol, our surgeon suggested us to conduct these tests every 3 months for the first year, every 6 months for the second year and every year for the next 3 years. If during these 5 years in these tests, no recurrence of cancer found, then it can be said that the cancer is cured.
