I do think the Swedish are the best marketers in the world. Best Quality I would argue. What I do think Gransfors Bruks gets right beside there “Old School” manufacturing is there geometry and balance makes them a pleasure to use.. And Yes, my $23 Trail Boss has become a favorite.
I know you’re a bit of a traditionalist like myself, but in reality I think if axes were judged and compared like knife steels in disclosing what steels and heat treatments were used. I think the Swedish would be changing there game. Just Say’n
