Rune:tempo,gathering storm,giant slayer- u can change this rune), alactiry, bone plating, 1rst item omnivamp boots, and then rush magentic blaster which gives range and movment speed(for kite or chase) ,so try to survive lane is best without dying at all and use magnetic blaster to poke and clear wave with this item) just to survive lane. Later u will carry. Next depending on emeny comp choose between these 3 item important decision( maw(if they more than 2 ap) otherwise bloodthirster or bork) 3rd trinity force and 4th item phantom dancer both also give movement, and last item is optional build Gardian angel, or Any ONLY survivability item. Buy quick silver inchant soon as u can get it most of the matches you play, if its easy game and comfortable buy protobelt, but if u are good at vayne u will not need stasis u will have lot of movment speed and for ap assisins u can survive with maw and qss. Try dodge all abilites with movment speed. Early game use ghost summoner to survive and use it many times freely as u need to survive , and In late game use ghost when needed and dodge abilites while fighting aswell and mostly to KITE and to bait enemies chasing u into to bad position aswell so ur team can help kill easier aswell. U have already so much movemnt speed from Magnetic,trinity and phantom dancer, so use ghost summoner ONLY when in immdieate danger in late game TEAMFIGHTS. U scaled so hard by forth item. Survive lane, then patiently carry game with opportunities u see, dont need to start fight or chase unless u can easily and Let enemies come to you rather than you chaseing them so u can easily bait enemy into bad positions and kite with movement speed with items you have and ghost furthermore with ult and tumble and third ability. And when u dont need to move and need more damage simply tumble into wall for autoattack reset for maximun dps. Hope you learned and rember practice makes perfect and u will struggle until you truly learn how to have good movment around enemy champ u will carry ur team so hard, remember survive lane a good support can help alot so then later u carry, tumble into a possition wer u can get free poke(skill u eill learn overtime), and clear waves with magnetic passive so you can carry and can kill any chamion (YES ANY CHAMION in 1v1 late game and carry teamfights so hard and if ur good at vayne abilities usage amd know enemy chanp abilites and moves). Basically get good at reacting to enemy abilities and enages and use ur tools everytime to make an imact. Farm well and poke with magnetic blaster and free opportunity and be patient and smart and focus ur self rather than troll teammates and ur your trammates to get kills.
It's super hard to tell whether Vayne is still OP in dragon lane. Because she is still a situational champion, but one thing that Vayne is NEVER out of meta if you know how to play her. ( Good vs tanks but rather bad vs squishies & heavy CC team comps. )
