Basically what I'm getting from this is We sacrificed lambs to God animals that weren't sinful or anything to appease him to be protected from his wrath however an animals life was not enough it had to be the life of a holy man one without sin and since God saw that none were that he loved us so much that rather then us sending him another Sacrifice he sent a Sacrifice of his own to die for us Jesus the Lamb of God.
You got it! Since God is a righteous judge, when we sin we deserve death. The only one who could paid our debt is God Himself (Jesus) who paid the debt on the cross for our sins. John 3:16. Once we grasp this and see how much the God who created us loves us, it truly changes hearts. God Bless!

There is a way to start from the beginning with his music and work your way through it, as his music always dove tails into itself. You don't need to, it's just something some reaction channels will do. You can Google how to do the NF Journey. But at least react to some of his music. You can start with Mansion. My favorite album is The Search, all great songs! Of course all of his music is great. Also he's a Christian (but he is not Christian rap, though he does sometimes write songs about his faith or mentions God in his music). BTW I recommend always finding the videos of songs as the imagery also is part of it, but not all his songs have videos. But like the videos in The Search album are connected to tell a story.
