No, the machine has it's own water filter device. If u use water without filtration ur machine may stuck. Moreover water level accelerate according to programmes. For example if u wash heavy fabric, ur machine will choose "blanket"mode and the water level would be set on "high".

Installation manual says that warranty is not valid, if the product has been installed by unauthorized personal. Then why did the company give a user's manual along with new machine??
We bought Hair washing machine model number: HMW90 -1789 two years ago. Now it having a problem. When the machine fills up with water, its tub goes down a lot, which didn't happen before , also It makes a noise as if the lower part of it is rubbing against something. A mechanic has said that its pump has broken down. We have already stated our problem by calling the company once before. Please resolve our issue as soon as possible. Thanks
Resently i purchased haier 120_1678 model but i have a problem,machine did't work on spin option,it stop and move to rinse option automatically again and again,i have already checked machine level several times but no results found,so plzzzz guide me how to solve this error.

I have also the problm that masine cannot spin its rins again and again
You install bottom plastic cover not underlay install
Underlay are install when machine are use for washing clothes.
