This machine is very poorly made, do not buy it! After 2,5 years of use most of the features don't work anymore, like this I-Refresh.

The door came off our haier washing machine after only 2 years of using it ..

This video is absolutely useless.Useless to call their service number, too, because they require the serial number, and the number is inside the locked door. I would never buy another Haier machine at this point.

Maybe show how much weight it takes pushing top towards the ground. Because ours has snapped and again we have no idea how it broke. We think our tiny small child may have lent on the top of the door. And oddly there's plenty selling the hinge but according to a white goods expert the doors cannot be taken apart.
