    Well easy explained. Though i prefer to put the Guanciale on the pasta at the end.

      Thank you. Yeah it´s a matter of preference, i put it together in the pan with the sauce so that it will be lost in the plate and i have to for it :)
      Important is that you take it of from the pan before you add the tomato sauce otherwise the consistency will be like it would be boiled and not crunchy anymore.
