WATER+FLOUR😍 Unusual Flatbreads Moroccan Rzeza | Very simple

Very crispy, unusual, fibrous and super easy to prepare - all this is about the delicious Moroccan rzeza flatbreads. Once you try it, you will cook them again and again. Traditionally served with butter and honey. Perfect for any drink - tea, coffee, milk or cocoa. Let's have them ready in minutes.
🍴Ingredients:
We mix in glasses in a ratio of 3: 1
• Semolina 1 cup
• Flour 3 cups
• Baking powder 1 tsp.
• A pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp Honey (you can replace 1 tbsp sugar)
Vegetable oil for frying.
📌 My glass is 320 gr.
For oil mixture:
• Unsalted butter 70-100 gr.
• Vegetable oil 50 gr.
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp semolina
• 1 tbsp flour
