Thanks, i try developing code, but sitting in front of desktop for hrs make me stressful and gives headache, because I am people person, love to share ideas and find optimize way, I can too develop code but getting errors and trying several times and after being successfully execution still doesn't make me happy. I find my skills are much related with Project manager so gonna do it.

I graduated with a diploma in Power Engineering (BSc equivalent), which is still in the area of my interest, but then I realized that my mind is not as "technical" as some of my friends (my grade was high tho). During my academic life, I jumped into students' activities, where I found project managing more engaging and enjoyable than engineering. In the following month, I will start my MSc in Management to check if it's really my cup of tea.
This sounds great and all but I'm not a software engineer and don't care for software engineering. How does this apply to other things that I could understand? I have many years of general business operations experience but never figured out a way to take the leap and feel like I am missing certain key skills in software needed for it.

Do rewrite your CV as if you are already a project manager. Here's why: Otherwise, your CV will look identical to 100 other CVs of candidates. We all do the same processes, you use almost the same approach on a high level. Moreover, your CV doesn't differentiate the complexity of the projects you did. So, it looks like a generic project manager. Or on the contrary - you have none of the related project management experience. And all unrelated experience means nothing. In any case, here's what I suggest: Replace job bullet points with achievements relevant for a project manager. Any achievement - big and small - in management, leadership, communications, and administration will do. I believe you'll be able to find lots of Achievements in your experience. This way your CV will shine among 100 similar and dull other CVs. I hope it helps. Good luck on your job hunt.
