Thanks, i try developing code, but sitting in front of desktop for hrs make me stressful and gives headache, because I am people person, love to share ideas and find optimize way, I can too develop code but getting errors and trying several times and after being successfully execution still doesn't make me happy. I find my skills are much related with Project manager so gonna do it.

    Hello,
Great video. I graduated with a diploma in Power Engineering (BSc equivalent), which is still in the area of my interest, but then I realized that my mind is not as "technical" as some of my friends (my grade was high tho). During my academic life, I jumped into students' activities, where I found project managing more engaging and enjoyable than engineering. In the following month, I will start my MSc in Management to check if it's really my cup of tea.

But I realise that I love computer engineering or codings and all but also I want to be social and be around people like being a frontier or organiser type. Suddenly I got the idea about project management or being the project manager because that's one of the thing I love to do right from very beginning I love to manage or organise many events. Do rewrite your CV as if you are already a project manager.
      Here's why:
Otherwise, your CV will look identical to 100 other CVs of candidates.
We all do the same processes, you use almost the same approach on a high level. Moreover, your CV doesn't differentiate the complexity of the projects you did. So, it looks like a generic project manager.
Or on the contrary - you have none of the related project management experience. And all unrelated experience means nothing.
In any case, here's what I suggest:
Replace job bullet points with achievements relevant for a project manager. Any achievement - big and small - in management, leadership, communications, and administration will do.
I believe you'll be able to find lots of Achievements in your experience.
This way your CV will shine among 100 similar and dull other CVs. I hope it helps.
Good luck on your job hunt.

This was a nice video. I have a question. I have 7.5 years of exp a big chunk of which is project management as an assistant project manager leading the Dev and run of enterprise apps. I have not worked as a software developer but I keep myself updated with project, skill updates and getting in-depth into the tech when ever I manage them. Which Masters would you recommend I pick in US? MS CS or something else ?

    Hi good day,
First of all a big thanks for this video. You are doing a great job to spread the knowledge.
I am Kishor and have more than 11+ years of experience in Industry as a developer and currently working in consulting role in one of the big IT organizations and a kind of team lead in the previous organization.. I am so much interested to become a project manager. I am getting a few job calls for the associate project manager too but I don't have that much experience so I'm worried about taking this step or not !! Please guide me.
