For me, This stuff feels so good when it cools, but it doesnt really 'fight blemishes' it didnt get rid of any acne for me

yeah, your not supposed to rub cleansers on your eyes, thats why it was burning your eyes. good to be honest though :)
Its not ment to scrub and take off eye makeup. Thats why your eyes burned...
