A Muslim mosque is called 'The House of Allah'. Few months ago, inside the mosque, after Zuhar prayers I went to give salam to a known person who was not talking with me. When I said salam to him, in anger he raised his hand and came to hit me. Later a known person rushed forward and separated him from striking at me. The Imam of the Muslim mosque was watching this incident and sitting silently without any interest to inquire this matter. My question was, can a Muslim hit or kill anyone inside the mosque? Is this permissible in the religion? There was no justice, no inquiry and none bothered. The mosque Imam is solely responsible for any crime, any offence, any bad incidents that happens inside the mosque, but this mosque Imam didn't even bothered to inquire this matter. This happened in sri Lanka in a city mosque. I have witness for this but what's the point of the witness when the mosque Imam or the mosque trustee board doesn't care of what happened. Finally, I left this matter to Allah and waiting for his answer. I will never hesitate to fight for justice in front of Allah. The person who came to hit me inside Allah's house is a guilty, the Imam who was watching this incident and didn't care about it is a guilty person, then the mosque trustee board didn't take any interest to form a meeting in order to investigate this matter. Each and everyone will have to answer. I will fight for justice in front of Allah.
Very neatly presented, but I dont think I saw what "Justice" means in Islam. Justice is maintaining the will of Allah and it would be good to define it so that the concept isn't left too vague 👍 Jazakallahu Khair.
