A hypocrite will have that fear but earn past subsistance in a world where we all live in the dust of riba and tell himself; big fat lol! I can't be a hypocrite because I'm scared of being a hypocrite whilst being a hypocrite.
Technically everyone who earns more than the absolute bare necessities nowadays is an evildoer and the more he earns the more evil he becomes therefore most people are evildoers because most people have jobs and therefore most people are hypocrites because it's all fuelling riba. Few people are jobless most places have an unemployment rate below 10%.
See, nouman here tries to motivate and be kind, I suppose but he doesn't really understand the world or Islam.
Careful that Satan doesn't convince you you're a fax machine next.

Best to learn Islam from honest people like people who love the idea of Al Qaeda or Islamic state because they're very strict a opposed to these clowns who endorse a liberal Islam.

It's okay to go to extreme great lengths for Allah, it's encouraged.
Do you know that we all live in the dust of riba? The less money you earn in this world and the less you spend the better you'll be off, the less evil you'll become.
The modern central banking based state is nothing but an organized criminal scheme to turn the rain of Allah into riba like a mafia organization.
The moment you start working in this economy you agree to be a soldier in their system.

What makes brother Nouman Ali Khan stands out from other Islam speakers is the highlight on psychology. I hope he will continue to do so and even extend his attention on this critical matter.
And if you want to know more about psychology in general I highly recommend listening to professor Sam Vaknin. He is not a religious person but he is a master when it comes to how the human brain works. He also has some very usefull insights about fylosophy. I think Nouman Ali Khan will appreciate Sam Vaknin as well if he doesn’t know him already.
There is nothing wrong in facing the ugly truth in oneself and purifying your intentions. It's hard, but necessary work. We call it muraqaba. Become the best you can be so when you meet Allah, you can hope for his mercy since you tried your absolute best. Absolutely, you will fail to become perfect, as you're only human. But allowing yourself to become blind to your faults, as some kind of faulty emotional defense mechanism, is bad advice. That's what causes a hard heart. Keep purifying it, polishing it. Remember, *"qad aflaha man tazaka"*

Ive caught myself when I knew that my intentions weren't sincere its then that I feel bad and fear that Allah will dislike me now. I know Allah is extremely loving and forgiving but when it happens I use it to correct myself and ask for forgiveness. Also Mashallah Yaqub is so cute. He reminds of my younger brother. It's possible you're not actively thinking, maybe due to stress? almost as if you've switched off your cognitive faculties .. some people don't consider their actions, living just to live/survive and just wait for things to happen. Please understand that I'm speaking in general terms here, and not specifically about you, If any of this fits, my hope is that it could provide some insight. Yesterday, this question consumed my thoughts... Am I a hypocrite? My disobedience and weaknesses makes me feel like a hypocrite. I hide my disobedience from public view but privately, I know and Allah knows.

Asalam Alaikum. Alhamdullilah. THAT IS RELIEFING. Thanks for settling that topic about hypocrites, which is, no, has been a constant source of self doubt and self accusations and so forth. Especially for me as a revert nlat the end of my 50ies, when I still reflect on the many past sins, although having learned, that Allah is Arhaman Arhahim. Sincerely from Germany.

@@taniya8203 ?? That leaves me a bit puzzled, since I heard and understood many brothers, the with the Shahada, past sins are forgiven. Of course debts in the dunya are not whiped out with that. Also personal failures, moral obligations of reconciliation aren't gone neither. That's, how I differentiate, to my actual knowledge.
@@Hamza-GH-Hofmann Been born as a Muslim I'm also facing personal failure and moral values of reconciliation and my sin is more than you I made mistakes and took the wrong path after knowing also that it's wrong path. And now I just can't start it from the very beginning I just have to continue with it and repent time to time ask for Allah's SWT forgiveness. It should be a shame for me if we see that way what I'm trying to say is sir you are trying you are already much better than us who were born with it and still find difficulty and took the wrong path. Allah SWT see intentions and hard work we go through to maintain that standard. And for your case reverting you are like a 7 year old it's an age from our sin and deed gets counted I don't know at what age you took your sahada but person just can't get change over night it takes time every thing takes time to change. I really wish that I can start from fresh
@@taniya8203 Only Allah SWT knows who is better or further in their path. Allah is All-knowing. He knows where every leave falls (6:59)
It is therefore relieving for us, to stay/keep free of personal judgement about others and ourselves and to compare oneself towards others.
Allah burdens no one beyond capacity and there is not a grain of dust injustice.

We are all hyporicites really. We perform mental gymnastics to claim certainty of faith, yet such a thing is impossible, unless one is a prophet. Our entire lives are just papering over hypocrisy, but convincing ourselves otherwise. This is the real truth we obscure from ourselves

It's happening with me... It's started few months ago when I recently saw video about hypocrite and after that whenever prayer time is near I start to think my self as a hypocrite and now It's really bad for my mental health
A hypocrite is the one who pretends to believe in Allah but doesn’t believe in Allah but only pretends so people think you are a muslim.

Recently I am on my way to know deep about Islam even though I'm born muslim I was not a person who prayed any namaaz the whole school time when I was a student but recently I am praying all 5 times prayers but here is the twist now whenever the time is for prayer I start to delay it or start to make excuse for it and sometimes I start to think that there is no (I don't wanna to say it, it my thoughts) god astaghfirullah it's all waste of time and energy and even though I fight with that thought and pray... In that prayer time I started to think "huh? Just do it fast and go you don't believe in it you are just doing it you are putting a show and move on" This last thought defines that I'm a hypocrite... Why am I still alive it's such a shame for Islam that a person like me still living

@@taniya8203 its completely normal to have waswasah (evil thoughts) for a believer . Sahabas used to get words of kufur inside them that they were very ashamed. So they went to prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and he told them good news this is the sign of emaan if you are getting these thoughts and you are ashamed about it. Shaitan focuses especially on the one that tries to be on the straight path.
Our prophet gave good news about it that this is the sign of our emaan. Just relax, be happy that you are getting closer to Allah and shaytan really hates it and putting waswas in you.
Read ayat ul kursi and surah ikhlas every day with meaning to finish waswasah
@@taniya8203 good day ukhti, I'm suffering mentally too, about social anxiety disorder, I'm the last person who has the room to help because I'm stuck to it for a year already like I'm always receiving palpitations, my mental health is a nightmare. I'm panicking, shaking sometimes and I keep on thinking what my neighbors think about me and i always think about my damn future so it's like I'm showing off already, I don't want this feeling anymore but I can't ignore. Maybe go to a psychiatrist or a knowledgeable imam and do ruqya. Maybe were afflicted with evil eye. Maybe Learn about cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Are u receiving hard palpitations and r u shaking??? Try 4 7 8 breathing technique if you're receiving these anxiety bs symptoms. Hope I can help. My friend says ignore those people but I still struggle and always respond to thoughts

Today I called myself a hypocrite a thousand times. I knew it was a sign from Allah so I search for the surah 63. Honestly, I do not understand it without the explanation of this brother and therefore I immediately went on youtube. I will not call myself a hypocrite anymore, because my iman is high. I can do hypocrite acts (May Allah forgive us) but that doesn’t mean I am a Munafiq

I am not fulfilling all the obligatory salah even though I want to ....I know I am a hypocrite ...But I am honest to myself and All I ask Allah SWT ya rab let me live tommorow so that I can fullfill my salah and sometimes I pray ..Then again something happens and I don't pray some salah even though I could have ....But if I have some time to live I will strive to carry out the commandments of Allah SWT and Teachings of his Rasull Muhammad SAW before I die if Allah allows ...And I always rely on his mercy to forgive me on that day otherwise what else I can do? There is nothing in my power

And no one knows its [true] interpretation except Allah. But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord." And no one will be reminded except those of understanding.[Who say], "Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower."

This is so true when Muslim nowadays during every prayer they so afraid that every prayer they recite the niah usalli fardhu zuhri or something. This is not even a way of islam the prophet himself never done this and this shows how far we have gone with our intention.
