Had my P mags bind up with Afghan dust back in 2019. That dust was like talcum powder and got into everything. Followers would bind up and the ammo would just fall out the top. Glad they were easy to take apart and clean though. Rinsed them out with water and rand a rag through them. Good as new. After that, every few weeks, id empty my mags to clean the dust out again.
