@@shopsabre That's interesting. Perhaps in the future it would be cool to do a video on why that is the case. Seems like a rotary axis would be the best of both worlds even if you only use it for 180 degree flipping -> at least that part would be automated.
@@shopsabre I gotcha, ok, that makes more sense. I suppose it's not worth the effort to have multiple rotary axis setups. And centering them isn't as easy as laying a flat board on a bed, either. thanks!
Very cool video and love the unique market you have tapped into! I have an IS510 on order and is expected in mid-January. I am hustling my rear end off to get my shop ready by then but, one way or another, it will be.

You can load the machine and walk away with multiple parts vs a rotary you are running 1 part at a time and waiting for it to finish
