I have a lot of respect for you speaking out on + studying important social issues even though you know there are people on here that are going to insult, patronize and ridicule you. That takes a lot of strength. Keep doing what you're doing, and congrats on starting grad school!! (I know I'm a little late to this). I work in the social services/ child welfare system, and I can see great value in what you are going to do with your education.

Small time efficient self care suggestion ; consider adding in a bit extra carotene and niacin to your diet in the morning. The niacin will give you a bit more energy plus its great for hair, skin and nails. The carotene is good for night vision specifically which will be reduce eye strain when studying at night in low light. Remember avoid blue toned light before bed. It makes it harder to sleep and that makes your sleep less restful.
If your loans are at predatory rates you could potentially have huge chunks of your student loans "forgiven " which sounds wrong because your part of the transaction wasn't in the wrong. Plus you could bring the fact that this option is potentially available to thousands of other students who may have unknowingly or felt there was no other way to attend college/university.
My exboyfriend actually had about 90% of his loan erased and was able to acquire a much lower interest rate that will allow him to pay it off confortably within tge next few years rather than the next few decades.

I'm a science/engineering student, but the thing you talked about with the emotional weight of the things you've studied is something I've seen my poly sci friends go through and I just wanted to say that I feel for ya. People need help in a way that my field can't directly contribute to.
I’ve been wanting to start a vlog forever but my life is so crazy I think it might be hard to follow. Maybe once I get settled in this new chapter of my life I’ll start something. I went to film school so I know the technical stuff wouldn’t be a problem for me. Your editing in this video was really good for a UA-cam vlog!

I hate how mean are about your masters, my mum's in her late fourties and is just getting around to that, it takes a lot and you put yourself in debt anyway it's university level shit in Scotland we don't have free uni it gets paid and we pay it back when we have the money, it's important to educate yourself
