Hi Samantha, i buy some steaks from Tesco they are similar to an oval shape and there's no fat on and also you get some bbq sauce with them. I like them because they are lean and i do the sauce for John. Last time i did them i did them in the cosori dual blaze and they turned out lovely

Do you not turn them over halfway?
